**Join Our Team as an Account Maintenance & Dashboard Representative**
We are seeking an **Account Maintenance & Dashboard Representative** to join our customer service team and assist clients in resolving account and dashboard-related issues.
**Position Overview**:
In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding support through various communication channels. Your goal is to provide accurate, effective solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve problems, complaints, and inquiries from customers, account executives, and team members with accurate and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the database system, managing to-do lists and inboxes effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance objectives, including customer satisfaction, call resolution, and quality assurance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with SpotOn products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
**Required Skills & Knowledge**:
- **Languages**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Qualifications**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Advanced English (C1 level).
- **Customer Service Experience**: 1-3 years in customer service roles, preferably in banking, finance, payments, or related industries.
- **Skills**:
- Outstanding customer relationship skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- **Education**:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
