**Lo que implica este trabajo**: Como especialista en soporte técnico al cliente de redes inalámbricas, serás el punto de contacto principal para todos los problemas y consultas relacionadas con la red inalámbrica de nuestros clientes. Tu papel será brindar asistencia y resolver problemas técnicos para garantizar una experiência fluida y eficiente del cliente.

**Zona de trabajo**: Montes Urales, Lomas de Chapultepec
**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Proporcionar soporte técnico a los clientes en la configuración, instalación y solución de problemas de redes inalámbricas.
Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de conectividad, señal débil, interrupciones y otros problemas relacionados con la red inalámbrica.
Analizar los registros de problemas y utilizar herramientas de monitoreo de red para identificar y solucionar problemas técnicos.
Proporcionar asesoramiento y recomendaciones a los clientes sobre configuraciones de red inalámbrica personalizadas para satisfacer sus necesidades específicas.
Mantener una base de conocimientos actualizada de problemas comunes, soluciones y mejores prácticas relacionadas con las redes inalámbricas.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros equipos técnicos internos para resolver problemas complejos y mejorar el rendimiento de la red.
**Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas**:
Ingles Fluido
Conocimiento sólido de las redes inalámbricas, incluyendo estándares como Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G, etc.
Experiência previa en soporte técnico al cliente, preferentemente enfocado en redes inalámbricas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para interactuar con clientes de manera efectiva.
Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
Conocimientos básicos de equipos y herramientas de redes inalámbricas, como enrutadores, puntos de acceso, antenas, etc.
