**A day in the life of our Receptionist**:

- Act as front desk officer/receptionist of the Company.
- Receive, transfer and relay telephone messages.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail messages and couriers delivery.
- Search for a good supplier for each office requirement.
- Conduct follow-up with contractor for the pending work and suppliers.
- Instruct messenger for delivery and pick-up documents.
- Perform such other tasks as instructed by her immediate superior and/or top management including providing personal assistance to the President/CEO.
- Admin Service Desk: Solve any tickets for issues related to Administration.
- Assist in Recruitment Process and Personnel Management.
- Conduct company OnBoarding to new employees.
- Plan and execute company events based on budgets.

**We want you to have**:

- **At least 2 years of experience as Receptionist, Director's assistant or Admin/HR assistant**:

- **Advanced English (C1 preferred)**:

- **Bachelors Degree in administration related fields**:

- **Knowledge in Security and safety in the workplace, general administration, inventory and vendor management, payments and invoices**:

- **Experience organizing events**:

- **Resourceful and independent**:

- **Experience in Negotiation with vendors**:

- **Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English**
