**Objetivo del Puesto**.

Coordinar e implementar los cambios de ingeniería en los sistemas eléctricos en la región Americas cumpliendo con los procedimientos definidos por la gerencia de ingeniería

**Actividades principales**
- Coordinar los cambios y su fecha de implementacion tomando en consideracion la manufacturabilidad y evitando las interrupciones en DRX y el cliente.
- Coordinar y especificar los parametros de planificacion pertinentes con los departamentos/dentro de los equipos.
- Revisar la documentacion liberada, cooperar en la determinacion y alcance de pruebas necesarias.
- Determinar sugerencias para el diseño de produccción de partes y realizar cambios de diseño como sea necesario (ej: Dimensiones, tolerancias, materiales, procesos de producción, etc.)
- Coordinar los contenidos de los dibujos con el departamento, tomando en cuenta a produccion, instalacion y puesta a punto, realizar los cambios según sea necesario.
- Integrar, monitorear y analizar pruebas de producción.
- Visualizar y revisar mejoras potenciales en producción y en el producto, implementar las sugerencias aprobadas.
- Coordinar las juntas técnicas de cambios (junta de checklist)
- Responsable de apertura y cierre del checklist de implementacion de cambios tecnicos en tiempo
- Responsable del seguimiento del checklist del coordinador.
- Responsable de abrir y cerrar los cost tracker generados por los cambios inmediatos o desviaciones de cliente
- Requerir, generar y monitorear las desviaciones internas y externas.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la logsheet generada durante las fases de preseries
- Responsable de la coordinacion de los retrabajos debido a cambios inmediatos.
- Responsable de la coordinación de cambios tecnicos en componentes y notificar a los departamentos involucrados.
- Responsable del seguimiento a actualizaciones, correcciones y mejoras requeridas a TPM
- Cumplir con los estandares de 5'S marcados por la empresa
- Controlar los costos de producción y el consumo dentro de los límites de costos acordados con el tiempo de implementación de los cambios de productos

Ingenieria Industrial, LAE o carrera a fin.
