HRPV, Las Glorias, Av. Francisco Villa, is seeking a fully bilingual, energetic and outgoing bilingual virtual assistant in-office to work in our Puerto Vallarta office and join our team of immigration, bankruptcy, personal injury, workers' compensation, tax law, real estate, family law, criminal, etc. If you are looking for a job where you can make a difference and offers you better benefits and Professional development, this is your best opportunity for applying. **There is no legal knowledge-experience necessary**

**Job details**
- Nonaggressive sales - Not seasonal - No sales campaigns
- Full-time
- On-site position
- Monday to Friday 40 hours (about 1 and a half days) per week
- Salary:  12K - 14k + bonuses per firm (+ Referral Bonuses)
- Full Paid Training
- Indefinite-term contract after the 3 trial months.
- 90% of English skills: Grammar, Writing, Spoken. Most be fluent
- Under 35

**Qualifications**

Experience: 6 months or less in similar positions

High School to College degrees. All are welcome to join us

Location: lived in Puerto Vallarta & Bahia de Banderas (BadeBa)

Preferred Job Experience - No mandatory: airport, call center, cruise, telemarketing, customer service, or sales in tourism, (Hotels - Restaurants - Travel Agencies), English teachers, etc.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Must be well-spoken, able to speak fluent English (**95%**)
- Must have prior customer service experience
- Comfortable with making and receiving calls to potential and current customers.
- Basic Computer Skills are necessary - Proficiency in MS Office
- Welcoming and friendly personality
- Must be able to critically think through an issue and provide solutions to the customers
- Be able to help drive and promote higher customer satisfaction scores and reviews
- **Sales Skills (scheduling appointments)**:

- Administrative skills
- Team player
