Inside Sales - Lead Manager

Are you hard working, driven by results, and looking for opportunities to excel? We are looking for a Lead Manager to nurture and maintain our database of leads. The right person for this role is friendly, professional on the phone and is genuinely interested in helping clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be First Contact for Inbound Leads
- Outbound follow-up with Warm Leads
- Specialized Prospecting to Industry Professionals
- Specialized Prospecting to High Target Leads
- Schedule Appointments
- Update & Monitor CRM

Qualifications:

- Able to speak and write English professionally
- Comfortable on the phone
- Comfortable with sales
- Previous telemarketing/call center/sales experience is a plus
- Understanding of the US real estate industry is preferred
- Able to work weekdays 11am to 8pm EST

Compensation:

- Base Salary
- Monthly Commission
- 3 Month, 6 Month, 12 Month Bonus Structures
