CUSTOMER SERVICE
**Responsabilidades**:
- Completar y mantener las previsiones de ventas precisas, recopilación de datos e informes para Gerencia de Ventas.
- Realizar la programación de acuerdo a los pedidos en coordinación con planeación de la producción.
- Atender reclamaciones y canalizar el problema al área correspondiente.
- Recibir y canalizar la información relativa a los artes de las etiquetas.
- Coordinar los embarques del cliente.
- Asegurar por medio de las funciones específicas de su cargo, se procure la inocuidad del producto y del ambiente de trabajo.
- Seguimiento a la producción.
- Negociación con el cliente fechas de entrega de pedidos.
**Competencias**:
- Buena presentación.
- Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos.
- Actitud de servicio.
- Manejo de ERP.
- Capacidad de Análisis.
- Habilidad de negociación.
**Requisitos**:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Lic. Administración o afín.
- Preferente conocimiento en procesos de impresión.
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Sueldo: $18,000.00 al mes
