- 1 - 2 años de Costumer Service mínimo
- 3 - 5 años de experiência como Service Desk analyst o soporte técnico IT
- Bachillerato o Lic. Trunca o concluida
- Habilidad de resolución de conflictos
- Disponibilidad de tiempo
- Atender a más de un cliente a la vez
- Contar con bue internet

**Ofrecemos**:
