- Active monitoring of receipt of critical files-

- Provide active support to Business questions-

- Monitoring Dashboard for production anomalies and come up with suggestions for future enhancements to Dashboard-

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent- 6+ years’ experience as a Software Support Engineer- Must have- Production support experience
- Data analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hand on experience working with AWS services like Lambda, EMR, SNS, EC2, S3, EKS, CloudWatch, Security
- Database knowledge of Snowflake and Dynamo DB with very Strong SQL skills.
- Linux - Strong in Linux and scripting
- Good communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Team player and ability to gel in cross module team
- Good to have- Knowledge and prior experience in Python, Spark - Big plus
- Airflow, Jenkins - Familiarity will be a plus
- AWS, Snowflake certifications are a plus.
