Overview:
**Are you passionate about managing network infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations across global markets?**

We are currently seeking a **Network Purchase Associate Analyst** to join our Global IT Infrastructure & Operations team. This role supports our Global Network Asset Management Team and is crucial for overseeing network assets across the US and Canada. You will be responsible for driving and delivering successful Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and forecasts, renewing maintenance and support contracts, and ensuring smooth vendor partnerships with industry leaders like Cisco and Palo Alto.

Your role will also involve providing key analytics for continuous service improvement, coordinating the network ordering and procurement process, and managing the lifecycle of network assets with accurate information in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

**Responsibilities**:
**Your day-to-day with us**:

- ** Coordinate the Asset Lifecycle**: Oversee the lifecycle for 66,625 network assets, ensuring data accuracy in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- ** Manage Contracts**: Renew and manage maintenance, support, and software contracts for network assets.
- ** Forecast and AOP Management**: Handle network forecasts and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
- ** Collaborate with IT Sector Asset Managers and HCL**: Partner with IT Sector Asset Managers and HCL to coordinate asset lifecycle management and address gaps identified in Weekly Key Quality Indicators (KQI) for network assets.
- ** Internal Process Adoption**: Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to asset management processes.
- ** Vendor Partnerships**: Partner with network vendors to ensure data accuracy in CMDB, manage contract renewals for assets in North America, identify end-of-life for network assets, validate and process invoices for maintenance, support, and software licensing on time, and coordinate with the TBM team to validate HCL invoices monthly. You will also work with Global Procurement to ensure timely contract renewals.
- ** Scorecard Development**: Periodically build and communicate scorecards related to asset management lifecycle to understand status, process variances, and cost drivers.
- ** Update CMDB**: Ensure all mandatory information for asset records is in CMDB.
- ** End of Support Dates**: Coordinate with vendors to collect and update End of Support Dates for all network assets.
- ** Equipment Review**: Review returned network equipment, determine what should be kept for redeployment or disposal, and provide directives to the disposal vendor. Update asset status and location in CMDB.

Qualifications:
**What you will need to succeed**:

- 1year+ of experience with ServiceNow.
- 1 year+ of Data Management experience.
- 1 year+ of Financial Management experience (budget and forecasting).
- 1 year+ of IT Asset management experience.
- Proficiency with asset management tools such as ServiceNow, Calero, Azure, SAP, etc.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel and Power BI will be a plus.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure (hardware, software, services) is preferred.
- Experience in managing vendor relationship.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, learn quickly, and work autonomously.
