**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
This role is to provide support of Requisition to Pay and Invoice Processing tasks. This includes issuing Capital & Expense Purchase Orders, Receiving and Reconciliation of invoices. This role also manage the flow of purchase payment instructions and change orders.

**Your Impact**:
As Invoice Order Analyst your functions would consist of
- Execute purchase request using Purchasing systems and processes.
- Maintain and distribute purchase order packages to appropriate field personnel and authorized agents.
- Resolve purchase order and receipt of goods and services discrepancies.

Qualifications:

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree **preferred**

**Experience**
- Fluent in English
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Invoice Processing or Order Management **preferred**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, strong organizational skills
- Solid computer skills with Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
