**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for the processing of Purchase Order requests, processing Invoices for payment, setting up new Suppliers and providing Permanent Merchandising Ordering support for Division Go To Market organization for PepsiCo Beverage North America (PBNA).

***Your Impact**

As **Procurement** Analyst** your functions would consist of:

- Providing Bidding Support
- Follow through end-to-end delivery process
- Completing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Fulfill Purchase Order Requests (PO)
- Receiving validation of Goods Receipts (GR) and Invoice - process for payment in myBUY
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR)
- Complete Goods Receipts (GR) in Purchasing Databases
- Process Invoice in Purchasing Databases and investigate any invoice discrepancies

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Fluent in English (written and oral communications skills)
- Bachelor's degree 1 - 3 years of experience in Procurement/Customer Service/Order Processing background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong passion for customer service
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
