Como Payroll specialist tendrás la oportunidad de explotar tu curiosidad y colaborar con algunas de las personas más innovadoras y diversas de todo el mundo. Aquí, causarás impacto:
Sus habilidades y experiência
- Darás seguimiento a contratos y terminaciones laborales.
- Validaras la nómina regular, datos en Workday y que se haga la respectiva interfase WED
- Aclararas requerimientos en oficina de IMSS, así como también darás seguimiento a los movimientos de las altas, bajas, cambios de salario.
- Serás responsable del alta y entrega de la tarjeta de los vales de despensa.
- Podrás dar seguimiento a reportes de Contraloría, a la póliza contable.
- Pagaras a proveedores, PTU.
- Calcularas la declaración anual y actualizaras en WD el badge ID - Santander
- Darás atención a los clientes internos con cualquier duda que pudieran tener sobre el cálculo de la nómina, el sistema, fallas en el proceso, etc.

Para que tengas éxito en este puesto desde el primer día, Solventum requiere (como mínimo) las siguientes cualificaciones:

- Licenciatura o Superior a fin al puesto
- +02 años de experiência relacionada con el puesto

Además de los requisitos anteriores, también se requieren los siguientes:

- Excelente servicio al cliente
- Comunicación asertiva
- Experiência en declaración de impuestos
- Conocimiento y uso de Microsoft Office
- Pasaporte vigente
- Ingles intermedio

Entre las habilidades/conocimientos adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener mayor éxito en este puesto se incluyen:

- Conocimientos medios de reglas de ISR
- Conocimiento medio de regulaciones fiscales
- Habilidad para negociar
- Autodirigido en sus procesos
- Proactividad en procesos

Lugar de trabajo: Híbrido (03 días a la semana en planta, en caso de requerirse un día adicional se pudiera solicitar)

Viajes: No requiere viajar

Debe estar legalmente autorizado para trabajar en el país de destino sin necesidad de visa de trabajo (por ejemplo, H1B).
