**Responsibilities**
- Create consistent pipeline demand through qualified leads generated by marketing team, professional networks and own prospecting activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify upselling opportunities
- Work with leadership teams to developing and implementing regional Demand Generation strategies
- Assist with drafting sales tools, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Efficient in time management with multiple priorities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business leads and expand the company's customer base (targeted outreach by location and industry sector/profile basis)
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Create proposal requests for potential clients
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the Brazilian market

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

**Qualifications **& Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, customer engagement or similar roles, preferably in the software/technology industry
- Proficient Portuguese and English skills (oral and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders
- Efficient in time management with multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth
- Microsoft Office domain (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
