**Principales actividades**:
- Ejecuta y apoya en la coordinación de estrategias para mejorar los procesos operativos e institucionales de Recursos Humanos, a través del análisis de información y uso de mejores prácticas del mercado, que soporten e impacten positivamente la operación de las distintas áreas de Negocio.
- Ejecuta estrategias para procesos de bajas de personal asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de la Compañía, reduciendo riesgos laborales, y garantizando el respeto y adecuada atención al empleado que se retira.
- Dan seguimiento a los procesos de “Offboarding” para conocer más sobre la experiência de trabajar en Chubb y ayudar a identificar aquellos “pain points” y poder co-crear planes de acción.
- Asesora a los empleados en general en todos los procesos de Recursos Humanos, desarrollando relaciones cercanas y efectivas con ellos para fortalecer su compromiso hacia la Compañía.
- Apoya en la gestión de modelos de organización flexibles, asegurando un adecuado HC para la optimización de costos cumpliendo con los objetivos de Negocio.
- Gestiona actividades relacionadas con sistema interno, tales como:
- Seguimiento de Issues (ticketing system)
- Seguimiento con errores de usuarios y accesos
- Seguimiento con Global en las mejoras, liberaciones y pruebas
- Coordinación de sesiones semanales
- Soporte general a la región (Especialmente HRBP Regional)
- Implementa iniciativas institucionales y de los Centros de Especialidad de Recursos Humanos, a través de programas de desarrollo, responsabilidad social, reclutamiento, PMP, Anual Enrollment, etc, y así asegurar la alineación a los procesos de acuerdo con el plan anual de la Compañía.
- Cumple y hacer cumplir las políticas, procedimientos, normas y costumbres que rigen los comportamientos de empleados, proveedores, y visitantes, siendo ejemplo de la vivencia, para cumplir con los valores y competencias de la Compañía.
- Gestiona los procesos de Recursos Humanos por medio de los sistemas Chubb asegurando la consistencia de la información y procesos.
- Identifica aquellos procesos a potencializar / áreas de mejora a lo largo de todo lo que hacemos.
- Trabaja en colaboración con el equipo Global para implementaciones de interfaces (BIG) y configuraciones específicas (ejemplo AOR’s).
**¿Qué buscamos?**:
- Licenciatura terminada, deseable sea en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología Organizacional, Laboral, Comunicación, Ingenierías o afín.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Inglés avanzado.
- Conocimientos opcionales:
- Compensaciones y beneficios.
- Entrevistas basadas en competencias y/o interpretación de psicometría.
- Manejo de alguna herramienta de administración de personal
- Administración de proyectos.
- Comunicación
- Desarrollo y análisis de indicadores de Recursos Humanos.
