Responsable del manejo de las relaciones laborales en primera instancia.
- Administrador de los métricos de Rotación y Ausentismo.
- Negociar y Solucionar los conflictos laborales que surjan por parte de los empleados de la empresa.
- Participar en la negociación contractual (Contrato Colectivo).
- Notificar los despidos y renuncias del personal.
- Administrador de las demandas laborales.
- Asesorar, concientizar y capacitar a la parte patronal en materia laboral.
- Responsable de hacer cumplir el Contrato Colectivo, Reglamento Interior de Trabajo y Políticas Internas de la Compañía.
- Atender consultas, dudas, reclamaciones del personal en general referente a lo estipulado al CCT, RIT, y Políticas de la Empresa.
- Realizar programas que ayuden a mantener un buen ambiente laboral.
- Administración de Sistema Kronos.
- Administración de Incidencias de Prenomina.
- Administración de Servicios de Transporte y Comedor.
- Apoyar a los requerimientos del departamento de RH.
- Administración y uso correcto de los formatos establecidos en el IOS
- Participar en la Coordinación e Implementación exitosa de sistema de Calidad de clase mundial aplicables conforme a IOS, VDA, ISO/TS16949, CQC etc según procesa.
- Asegurar los requerimientos específicos para lograr la satisfacción de nuestros clientes chinos en la Norma de CCC/CQC.
- Notificar cambios a CQC de los productos certificados
