**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Price reinsurance treaties with January 1st renewals.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of pricing models for diverse insurance products.
- Evaluate the quality of pricing models for new program opportunities.
- Estimate ultimate loss ratios and calculate IBNR for various programs.
- Support the ongoing development and testing of our proprietary pricing system.
- Collaborate with program managers and developers to enhance our actuarial processes.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in property and casualty insurance reserving and pricing.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and PHP is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, reporting directly to the Chief Underwriting Officer based in the United States, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
