**PURPOSE**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent listening, Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven call center or customer service experience.
- Strong phone handling skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling various topics.
- Help clients increase their stores customer experience rate
- Ability to enter complete notes after each call and update partner information as needed in the CRM.
- Effectively route any calls or communications to the appropriate departments in the organization.
- Work with the outside sales team (BDM’s) to assist in supporting any partners.
- Communicate directly with management when any issues or opportunities that require immediate attention surge forward..
- Constantly developing product knowledge to increase effectiveness.
- Place orders for Partners in a timely manner and log detailed notes after every call.
- Strive to exceed Partners’ expectations by delivering the best dealer experience by always under-promising and over-delivering on your approach.
- Promote all products and services to Partners in a positive and courteous manner, while always being professional when comparing Serialle’s client’s needs versus their direct competitors.
