**Perfil**:
A partir de 3 años de experiência en puesto similar
Licenciatura concluida en sistemas o afín
Inglés conversacional avanzado
Funciones
Gestión de de incidentes críticos (tipo soporte)
Gestión de servicios TI
Comprensión clara de los diferentes procesos de ITIL
Actuar como punto focal entre los equipos técnicos y de negocios durante las crisis de incidentes
Actuar como interfaz entre las partes interesadas locales y los proveedores de servicios internos/externos.
Conocimientos
Gestión de incidentes, cambios y problemas.
Metodología Agile y artefactos.
entorno TI: On premise y Cloud, servidores, infraestructura de red (LAN/WAN/WIFI), enlaces de comunicación, base de datos, aplicaciones y servicios web.
Certificación ITIL es deseable
