**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to confirm the desired profile and develop a sourcing strategy for open position
- Aggregate evaluation feedback through data integration meetings for the final hiring decision
- Determine the estimated start date
- Interface with third-party staffing agencies as required

*** **What do you need for this position?**
- Bachelor´s Degree
- At least 3-4 years of experience related to recruiting
- Proficiency in Portuguese
- Intermediate English Level

It Is An Advantage If You Know about
- Advanced English Level
