As a Marketing Coordinator at Hotel Next, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, promoting our world-class hotel and ensuring our guests have an outstanding stay.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand and services.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with the sales and reservations teams to optimize revenue generation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, event planners, and other partners.
- Track and report on marketing budgets and expenditures.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- A passion for the hotel and hospitality industry.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
