Aquí tu innovación irá mucho más allá de solo mejorar las ventas. Tus funciones no serán convencer a las personas para que abran una cuenta de ahorro o prueben una nueva marca de bebidas.

Tu día a día
- Procesamiento de Información y Analisis de indicadores comerciales.
- Asegurar el mantenimiento a la base de datos de los Distribuidores a través del seguimiento y gestión de los procesos de Alta, Baja y Cambios de clientes, apoyados con los responsables de cada parte del proceso involucrado (Gerente Jr, Sup ET, DataEngine, etc
- Revisar y dar mantenimiento a la estructura de Rutas de los Distribuidores a través de la interpretación de KPIS y/o necesidades identificadas (apertura, cierre, reubicación, etc
- Liderar y ejecutar proyectos operativos de distribución (apertura cierre LO´s, captadoras, proyectos de sistemas ligados a distribución, segementación, etc)
- Entendimiento de Negocio / Distribution Models (Deseable) Identificar oportunidades en los modelos actuales de Route To Market. Identificar, Analizar, Experimentar y Ejecutar
- Project Management. Habilidad para trabajar bajo metodologías de manejo de proyectos. Identificar oportunidades, desarrollo de equipos, seguimiento, ejecución y comunicación de resultados.

Competencias:

- Licenciatura terminada (Ingenierías / Físico Matemáticas o áreas relacionadas)
- Liderazgo en equipos de trabajo
- Inglés Avanzado
- Manejo de paquetería Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Analista Ventas / Analista Route To Market - Go To Maket / Route Engineer o Ventas
- Experience in managing the biggest national DSD Accounts in Consumer Package Good
- Manejo KPIS / Sales Analyst
