Job Title: Market Lead - On Premise Mexico City

Edrington is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Lead to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for cultivating, expanding, and maintaining relationships with key restaurants, bars, and hotels to drive the profitable development and market share growth of the Edrington portfolio in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand programs and events to accelerate brand positioning
  • Collaborate with Brand teams to develop plans to expand portfolio and create programs that drive placements and velocity
  • Build effective and productive working relationships with key customers (internal and external), distributors, and agencies
  • Monitor Account and Channel performance on a monthly basis against assigned growth objectives and KPI's
  • Manage, review, and authorize invoices from vendors within budget guidelines
  • Assure on premise plans execution on time and as planned
  • Responsibly manage assigned T&E budget
Requirements:
  • College Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 6+ years' experience within Beverage Alcohol Industry with a minimum of 2 years selling On Premise Account Customers
  • Excellent oral presentation skills
  • Experience working with Luxury or Spirits Brands
  • People and Teams management experience is a must
  • Background in hospitality industry or distributor management is beneficial
  • Thorough knowledge of sales, sales management, and delivering quality standards
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong presentation skills with proven written and oral communication expertise
  • Ability to consistently conduct oneself in an ethical and professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and skillful in working across teams internally and externally
  • Computer proficiency required in MS Office products and internal data systems
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms
  • Positive attitude and out-going team player who also has an innovative and entrepreneurial approach
