Your role at Clorox:
In this role, you will:
Visualization and Reporting:

- Create visualizations in Power BI (dashboards, charts) to communicate insights
- Support Finance function’s and H&H Group’s adoption of new Elevate systems by leveraging visualization and reporting tools
- Lead Group’s change management efforts by developing and conducting training to end-users; identify and implement enhancements to the new systems
- Design and develop regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Engage with cross-functional and project teams to lead improvements to new systems

Process Automation Support:

- Work on automating routine tasks using programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Gain exposure to optimizing data workflows and reducing manual effort
- Lead implementation of automation solutions for efficiency improvements

Data Preparation and Analysis:

- Gather raw data from various sources, prepare for analysis in usable format
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify trends and business insights
- Learn to develop basic predictive models

Database Maintenance:

- Support the maintenance of financial databases
- Learn to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility
- Assist in updating and validating data entries

What we look for:

- Knowledge of programming (Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) and Power Query
- Communication Skills:

- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and project teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and remote team
- Be open to learning new technologies and processes
- Willingness to learn about financial concepts and regulations
- Analytical Mindset:

- Detail-oriented and eager to explore data
- Ability to learn complex statistical techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related fields

Hybrid - 3 times a week on site
