**Job Summary**
- This role is based in Mexico City, and operates in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of office-based (2 days) and remote work (3 days)._
**Key Responsibilities**
- Solving inbound doubts and creating cases on CRM to record their interaction with members and prospects.
- Helping members with quick solutions, if possible, and if they can not resolve the presented issue, they are responsible for guiding the concerned department and following up their cases.
- Offering high-quality service solutions to any request coming from our active members.
- Helping create loan documents for customers.
- Complaint management for complicated customers.
**Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)**
**Essential**
- Tech savvy, can easily work on a computer.
- Service-oriented mentality.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Started or completed High School
- Experience dealing with people and complicated customers
- Windows operating system
**Desirable**
- Experience working with G-Suite.
- Patience in handling complicated situations.
- Ability to multitask and switch between matters.
- Used to handle back to back calls.
- Familiarity with fintech products and services
- Service-oriented courses
- Previous experience dealing with customers and service
- G-Suite and CRM software (Salesforce)
