**Description**:
PMO & Budget Mgr RH MFG function for major projects responsible for managing project plans, timelines and overall summary plan, identifying and resolving project issues and risks; preparing project updates for executive meetings. Responsible for preparing and facilitating regular team project update meetings that require coordination and integration activities across functional work streams and teams; engage team leads regularly to communicate and confirm ability to meet milestones; actively manage and measure progress of teams. Provide project leadership and help drive implementation of key initiatives. A primary area of focus will be relative to integration and collaboration efforts across geographical and business functions to optimize operational excellence across Human Resources, including assessment and proposals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage key strategic projects that have high impact for the HR organization. Primary focus is on support for several initiatives of HR Transformation. Future projects will vary over time, with a common focus on improving process and organizational efficiency while maintaining or increasing overall effectiveness.
- Create and manage execution of detailed project plans and determine strategies to manage projects on an indirect reporting relationship with key contributors. Lead team meetings to draw out member ideas while keeping the team focused on deliverables against objectives. Ensure effective team and key stakeholder communication. Identify and address implementation barriers to drive achievement of project deliverables. Prepare and measure progress against business case where incremental investment is required to achieve project deliverables. Develop metrics to monitor project effectiveness and manage expectations accordingly.
- Prepare executive updates for varying stakeholder boards.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork. Display a willingness to direct other team members in driving overall HR progress and be willing to solicit assistance when needed. Be flexible and prepared to handle changing project priorities and needs. Effectively work with each team manager to drive overall project timelines and provide regular management reporting.

- Strong proven project management experience of large-scale global ERP/SaaS solution implementations in HR
- Experience in managing key stakeholders across all phases of the program.
- Solid understanding and experience in managing change control processes.
- Ensuring adherence to program governance structure.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for limited resources.
- Highly motivated with ability to drive results.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Highly customer-focused with proven abilities to help guide heterogeneous teams to consensus solutions.
- Strong understanding of business case development including the inputs/outputs required to generate a successful business case.

**PMO HR MFG (20%)**
- Tracking HR KPIs.
- HR MFG integrated information.
- Prepare executive updates and analysis, regional and national.
- Organizational chart HR MFG and Ctrl of HC.
- Specialist for settlement of HR strategies.
- Proven experience to lead Change Management, seek for Automation and identify opportunities through assessments of the entire HR processes to propose efficiencies (gap analysis)
- Strong skill set in overall program methodology across key phases of analysis, design, build, and test through to solution deployment and post go-live support.
- Solid understanding of HR integration points with peripheral functions
- Resilience and the ability to help support a team and customers through significant operational change is critical to the success of this role.
