Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:

- Full ownership of development and execution of strategies designed to improve user’s engagement, loyalty and retention and to drive market share growth
- Conducting data analysis and create operational dashboards to understand day-to-day behavior of our users
- Developing new scalable initiatives to drive efficiency
- Collaborating with several stakeholders such as marketing, product, user research and others to enhance the user’s experience

Role Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have a background that includes:

- Engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background. All backgrounds are welcome if you see yourself suitable in a highly analytic environment
- Working familiarity/willingness to learn programming languages for data analysis (SQL Python)
- Great attitude and hands-on approach
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks
- Clear communicator - able to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
- Proficiency in English & Spanish
