Team Overview:
Our team is responsible for credit card back end operation including fraud detection as well as investigation, account settlement related work like credit card fund clearing, accounting and chargeback.
We maintain daily business communication and processing with card organizations like the card teams, and the regulations. We also partner with institutions externally to ensure the stable and orderly development of credit card account settlement.
Role Responsibilities:
- Establish the Operations Center from scratch
- Manage the operations team that covers all responsibilities including Fraud Detection, Investigation, Account Settlement and Chargebacks.
- Lead an on-site team of hundreds of people
Role Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience managing operations teams, and at least 3-5 years of working experience related to credit card backend operation, such as fraud investigation, account settlement and chargeback.
- Understand the market's chargeback rules processes and credit card operations related regulations.
- Experience managing at least 100 people
- Advanced English level
