**Misión**

Responsable del control de calidad de los registros contables para compañías del grupo NESTLÉ MÉXICO; asegurando la adecuada presentación de la información financiera conforme a las normas de contabilidad locales (NIFS) y NAS (NESTLE ACCOUNTING STANDARDS) con el objeto de garantizar que la toma de decisiones sea en forma oportuna y con bases sólidas.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:
1. Determinar los resultados de las compañías, garantizando el apego de los estados financieros (p&l, bs, flujo de efectivo, variaciones de capital) a las NAS y reglas de contabilidad locales, para proporcionar a clientes internos cifras de calidad para tomas de decisión adecuada

2. Realizar una gestión adecuada de la Cobranza intercompañía extranjera, organizando reuniones con los mercados y con NBS a fin de establecer acuerdos para garantizar la cobranza y reducir el overdue a menos de 90 días.

3. Garantizar en el desarrollo del PEC (cierre contable): registros contables propuestos por las distintas áreas, cierre de ventas, revalúo, apertura de periodos de materiales, cierre de periodos gr/ir, entre otras; cumpliendo con las actividades definidas del calendario de cierre, a fin de garantizar la calidad de información con un estricto apego al calendario del period end closing (PEC).

4. Coordinando con NBS la integración de las cuentas contables según las responsabilidades definidas, con el fin de mantener un control preciso estableciendo medidas correctivas a tiempo minimizando los efectos en capital de trabajo, indicadores y pagos de impuesto

5. Dar seguimiento a las operaciones intercompañías locales y asegurar que se recupere los gastos que efectua por cuenta de otra o ingresos por facturación de servicios prestados,conciliando la cuenta corriente día a día garantizando el registro en ambas sociedades con el propósito de generar flujo de efectivo en tiempo, y así reducir impactos en intereses por prestamos o riesgos fiscales.

6. Garantizar el estricto apego a las reglas locales de registro contable a fin de garantizar una opinión positiva de los auditores en la emisión de estados financieros para las compañias del Grupo.

7. Proporcionar al equipo fiscal la validación de la información relacionada a impuestos para generar los cálculos, provisiones y pagos de impuestos mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.

8. Preparar y proporcionar al equipo de impuestos los cálculos de las depreciación contable y fiscal de los activos fijos de las compañías del grupo.

**Experiências Clave**:
1. Conocimiento pleno de registros contables en módulos fincieros SAP.

2. Conocimiento pleno del manejo, control y administración de alto volumen de información.

3. Dominio de Office (Excel principalmente).

4. Conocimiento estructural de la información de Estados Financieros Locales y Fiscales.

5. Conocimiento del seguimento a los planes de auditoria y requisitos fiscales locales de los registros contables.

6. Inglés intermedio
