Now we are looking for this position:
**Technical Reporting Analyst**

**Main Purpose**
The technical reporting Analyst will operate within a team of database developers, data analysts, data engineers, and software engineers to produce simpler, faster, and more insightful solutions for supply chain performance managers, decision-makers, specialists, and frontline personnel.

**Accountabilities**
- Help improve the reliability of the key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps our team supports.
- Monitor successful data updates and availability (e.g., user permissions) of the published Tableau and PowerBI dashboards our team supports.
- Complete weekly scheduled technical tasks on time, resolve any discrepancies, escalate to other team members, and/or communicate with business teams as necessary.
- Keep solution documentation up to date (common issues, how-to instructions, and enhancement detail)
- Inform team members when specific reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, or apps are becoming less stable, and when possible identify the source of the instability, help brainstorm improvements, and track the progress of action plans targeted to improve their performance.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree needed
- Fluent English level is required
- Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or VBA is required
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, conditional formatting) are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
