POSITION OBJECTIVE

Position in charge to give the response that our employees and the organization require, based on the Global Services scope. Responsible for analyzing, creating, and implementing HR processes that will help the organization achieve its strategic goals.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze HR processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Design and develop new HR processes that align with organizational goals and strategies

Implement HR processes across the organization, and provide training and support to ensure adoption

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather input and feedback on HR processes

Continuously monitor and evaluate HR processes to ensure they are effective and efficient, making adjustments as needed

Stay up-to-date on the latest HR best practices and trends, and incorporate them into HR processes as appropriate

Produce reports and presentations to document and communicate HR process improvements and enhancements

Focus is on streamlining operations or developing solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivit y.

Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process changes.

Develop gap analysis with key stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

TBD

Microsoft and Google Packages, and Process Management Packages (Visio, Loom, Scribe, etc)

Bilingual (fluent) - English/Spanish French preferent

KPIs (interpretation and improvement)

Quality Management System Knowledge

VSM (Value Stream Mapping) More focus on systems management

Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Black Belt preferent)

**Education**:
Bachelor´s degree in eEngineering and Administration

**Experience**:
3.5 years of experience in Process Management (HR Preferent)

**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.

English language intermediate
