Brindar un servicio de excelencia, relacionado a la atención al huésped, desde el Check in a su salida, pasando por cualquier tipo de necesidad en el transcurso de su estancia, para satisfacer las expectativas de los huéspedes.

**Principales funciones del puesto**:
- Realizar parte del proceso del Check-in y el recorrido de registro del huésped, explicando los centros de consumo, horarios, servicios, funcionamiento de la habitación, resaltando los beneficios del hotel
- Entregar el equipaje en las habitaciones
- Proporcionar información con prontitud y de una manera cortes a todos los huéspedes sobre los servicios del hotel o de solicitudes externas
- Atender las quejas de huéspedes para dar una pronta solución y en dado caso de que supere su alcance informar a su jefe inmediato
