- Lead generations through established books of business
- Develop and maintain strategies to acquire and expand service lines
- Client retention maintenance with various methods
- Detailed logging and record keeping of events
- Grow and strengthen client relationships through sales tactics
- Achieve KPI’s introduced at a executive level

**Brief description of duties**

The key representative will enjoy speaking to clients. You will be cold calling, prospecting, pipeline building. You will understand and continue learning about what The Shipping Experts offers and how we can provide a better service to our clients in the logistics realm. You will negotiate with shippers, logistics managers, warehouses, distribution centers, dealers, and various other companies across North America in order to ensure an optimal level of service and profit maximization. You will be a part of our team and be continuously rewarded for growth. You will be the superstar of our company

You’ll start off with a monthly base plus a 9% commission on gross margin for all service lines.

Our superstar producers get monthly allowances or company provided equipment, training, educational support, and various other supplemental items. The position itself is fully remote and as such all work can be completed with support of The Shipping Experts.

We have a vibrant and fun company. Filled with goal determined individuals. You will be given the opportunity to grow and if at anytime you need more tools - the lines of communication are open.

- Desarrollar y mantener estrategias para adquirir y ampliar las líneas de servicio.
- Mantenimiento de la retención de clientes con varios métodos.
- Registro detallado y mantenimiento de registros de eventos.
- Utilice técnicas de teléfono y correo electrónico para establecer llamadas en frío para abrir nuevas relaciones con los clientes.
- Crecer y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes a través de tácticas de venta.
- Lograr los KPI introducidos a nível ejecutivo
