**Technical Support**
**Perfil**:
Brindar soporte técnico de mesa de ayuda de primer nível a clientes del extranjero en un entorno de trabajo colaborativo garantizando un alto nível de satisfacción del cliente mediante el análisis de problemas relacionados con tecnologías vendidas o respaldadas por la empresa.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência de 3 años brindando **Soporte Técnico Nível 1**:
- Inglés conversacional fluido - Indispensable (Se hará evaluación)
- Bachillerato concluido (Carrera técnica), Licenciatura o Ingeniería
**Skills**:
- Habilidades funcionales de comunicación verbal y escrita
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente, incluida la capacidad de seguimiento para garantizar el cierre de problemas
- Comprender documentación técnica, manuales y diagramas eléctricos
**Deseable**:
- Certificaciones de la industria como: A+, Network+, MCTS, Security+, MCSA, CCNA, Linux+
**Rol**:
- Evaluar los problemas entrantes y brindar asistencia utilizando la información y documentación de soporte adecuadas.
- Realizar entradas para problemas entrantes y todas las actividades relacionadas con cualquier problema existente dentro del seguimiento de incidentes
- Completar todas las tareas administrativas requeridas de manera precisa y oportuna
- Utilizar procedimientos de escalamiento correctos en todos los problemas irresolubles fuera del rango de su experiência
- Revisar toda la información técnica relacionada con los productos admitidos, incluida la información nueva y actualizada a medida que se vuelve disponible
