**Responsabilidades**:
1.Apoyar a nuestros clientes brindándoles una experiência personalizada.
2.Escucha activa, mostrando interés, compasión y empatía por el cliente.
3.Garantizar la resolución en la primera llamada y la satisfacción del cliente en todas las situaciones.
4.Ser multitasking para poder atender la computadora y el teléfono mientras se atiende una llamada
5.Estar activamente listo para recibir llamadas

**¿Qué habilidades necesitarás?**

1.Flexibilidad en el horario de trabajo en operaciones
2_.Experiência: 1 año en BPO (Obligatorio)_
3.Profesionalismo
4. Dominio de aplicaciones para PC con Windows, incluido MS Office e Internet
5.Capacidad para escribir 25 palabras por minuto con un 90 % de precisión
6._Habilidades sensibles y articuladas de comunicación verbal y escrita tanto en inglés (avanzado B2-C1) como en español_
7._Diploma de bachillerato/ GED o equivalente_
8.+18 mayor de edad y tener documentación completa (CURP, NSS, CONSTANCIA FISCAL, etc.)
