Job Summary

We are looking for a customer support agent who is fluent in Vietnamese and English to provide exceptional support to our clients via email and live-chat channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support
  • Provide professional and friendly support to clients via email and live-chat channels.
  1. Translation and Moderation
  • Translate product content into Vietnamese.
  • Moderate and review translations from other team members.

Requirements

  1. Bilingual Proficiency
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
