**The Role**:
We are looking for a **E-Managed Sr. Executive** to be part of this amazing and fast-growing Fintech to make sure we bring the best talent to join Clip while sustaining our culture and fast-paced growth.
As a E-Managed Sr. Excecutive you will be responsible of retaining and developing a large portfolio of merchants, mostly managed though massive communication tools. For this position is fundamental to get a deep understanding of the transactional and usage data, merchant´s needs, Clip´s Value Offer and use cases in order to identify opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
**What will I do**:
- Analyze and understand clients´ behavior and industry trends.
- Develop an effective strategy to prioritize clients and decide when is strictly necessary a 1:1 contact
- Ensure a great customer experience on every interaction with our products
- Manage inbound communications from WhatsApp
- Attend to and resolve escalations made by the client
- Delivering reports on communication results and their effectiveness in terms of conversion
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- +3 years in large portfolio management, customer success or post-sales
- Experience in setting up marketing campaigns through WhatsApp is desirable
- Intermediate English leve
- Salesforce (Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud) is desirable
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
