Bilingual Recruiting Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Pre-screen through telephone interview initially.
- Schedule interviews and confirm on calendar.
- Maintain updated database.
- Organize records and documents.
- Efficient problem solving.
- Assist with new employee onboarding processes (preparation of documents, dossier, etc.).
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in conversational and written English 80% (Non-negotiable).
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting or other related position.
- Familiarity with recruitment practices and phases (selection, interviews, assessment, onboarding).
- Experience in the handling of work platforms.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Completed or unfinished degree related to the administrative area (preferred).
**Job Types**: Temporary, Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per week
