**Las principales responsabilidades son**:
Garantizar el diseño de la experiência del usuario (UXD) en productos y servicios para Retail, Servicios Financieros y Servicios Internos, de acuerdo a las necesidades actuales y futuras de los clientes, a través del desarrollo de estrategias alineadas al desarrollo de producto.
Definir la estrategia a seguir por los Diseñadores e Investigadores UX para la búsqueda de nuevos productos, propuestas de soluciones innovadoras, pruebas y viabilidad de productos, para las necesidades actuales y futuras de los clientes, lo cual servirá de input para el Desarrollo de Producto Digital
Garantizar la ejecución de los lineamientos para desarrollar y evolucionar las disciplinas de UX establecidos por el equipo de Estándares y Auditoría UX, así como el uso de herramientas y procesos para la implementación y operación de estándares de experiência de usuario en los canales digitales
**Los principales requerimientos son**:
Licenciatura de negocios o afín.
Experiência mínima de 5 años como gerente de UX UI, Lean UX, Service Design, CX, Brand Experience para el sector financiero.
