The User Interface Designer is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Responsibilities:

Review and Interpret creative briefs along side members of your experience design team Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and work within project parameters Develop original design concepts and manage the design project through execution. Partner with Creatives, Strategists and Project Managers and other team members to develop effective end-to-end customer experiences across all channels. Capable of designing three unique creative solutions to one problem without a team in a hands-on manner. Able to concept, illustrate, art direct and manage photo shoots Able to present objectives, design approaches, and creative solutions to stakeholders in an articulate and persuasive manner. Interpret stakeholder feedback and communicate feedback to the design team. Experiment with new tools and techniques and share your learning Engage in all aspects of the project. Able to motivate, mentor and inspire other designers. Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience designing web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design, iOS and Android design systems. Print experience is a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, New Media or related field. Portfolio that represents a wide range of design styles, diverse projects and a clear personal aesthetic. Intimate knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications. HTML is a plus. Solid design, conceptual thinking, and typography skills. Strong understanding of interaction design, site architecture, and designing intuitive user interfaces and navigation.

Trabajarás en conjunto con las áreas de negocio, tecnología, data, research, content, interaction y el sistema de diseño, para asegurar la calidad de los entregables y experiencias competitivas en el mercado.

Responsabilidades

Gestionar el proceso de diseño de producto desde su inicio hasta su liberación con un plan de trabajo detallado, socializadoy validado por los equipos implicados. Guiar a los distintos equipos mediante el uso de metodologías de diseño para contribuir en la definición de nuevos productos o funcionalidades. Identificar, solicitar y analizar datos o múltiples fuentes de información para tomar decisiones de producto o negociar con los para empujar acciones de valor. Entender el proceso de trabajo ágil y creación de historias de usuario para colaborar en definiciones con los equipos de negocio Diseñar prototipar y validar hipótesis para garantizar que la experiencia sea acorde a las necesidades del usuario y cumpla los principios de diseño y calidad del área de experiencia de usuario. Colaborar y facilitar sesiones con múltiples equipos de diferentes disciplinas: gerentes de productos, equipos de desarrollo, etc., para intercambiar y cocrearideas, enfoques y soluciones. Desarrollar y comunicar conocimientos de investigación sobre ideas y diseños factibles que satisfagan a los consumidores y alcancen los objetivos de negocio. Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas prácticas, innovaciones y herramientas de UX. Inspeccionar y analizar panoramas competitivos de la industria para identificar tendencias relativas. Demostrar experiencia práctica en el uso de software de diseño: Figma, Maze, ProtoPie. Demostrar fuertes habilidades de planificación, organización y trabajo en equipo. Demostrar capacidad para argumentar decisiones de diseño y comunicarlas de manera concisa, clara de manera verbal y escrita. Tener la capacidad para establecer prioridades, gestionar plazos o cambios inesperados en las expectativas o requisitos y cumplir con los plazos. Habilidades analíticas demostradas para la resolución de problemas y la toma de decisiones.
