**Job Description Summary**: Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

**Lo que harás**:

- Gestiona la planificación integral, los procesos y los sistemas de materiales, y prepara y actualiza los programas de producción y las necesidades de compras. Asegura la alineación operativa con el plan de producción y los KPI. Optimiza las mejoras del inventario y los procesos.
- Desarrolla un conocimiento profundo de una disciplina técnica.Utiliza la experiência previa y la experiência técnica adquirida para ejecutar políticas/estrategias.
- Tiene una comprensión profunda de los impulsores comerciales clave; usa esta comprensión para hacer su propio trabajo.Tiene una comprensión profunda de cómo el trabajo de su propio equipo se integra con el de otros equipos y realiza contribuciones al área.
- Utiliza algo de juicio y tiene la capacidad de proponer diferentes soluciones fuera de los parámetros establecidos, pero con orientación.Utiliza la experiência previa y la capacitación en el trabajo para resolver tareas sencillas.Tiene acceso a las habilidades técnicas y el pensamiento analítico necesarios para resolver problemas.Puede usar varias fuentes internas fuera de su propio equipo para llegar a decisiones.

**Lo que necesitas tener**:

- Título de licenciatura de una universidad o instituto acreditado.
- Al menos, 4 años de experiência en funciones similares.
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo. Capacidad de influir en otros y liderar equipos pequeños. Liderar iniciativas de alcance e impacto moderado. Capacidad de coordinar varios proyectos a la vez. Habilidades de identificación y solución de problemas efectivas. Habilidad analítica y organizacional comprobada.
- Inglés conversacional.
