- **Lo que harás**:
1. Diseñar estrategias para mejorar la experiência del cliente en nuestra plataforma **People Talent**.
2. Capacitar a clientes y empleados en el uso de herramientas innovadoras.
3. Implementar soluciones de desarrollo organizacional que marquen la diferencia.
4. Asegurar la retención y satisfacción de clientes a través de un servicio de calidad.
- **Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración o afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en Customer Success, DO o capacitación.
- Habilidades en plataformas de gestión de talento y metodologías de capacitación.
- Proactividad, comunicación efectiva y enfoque en resultados.
