Customer Success Strategist

The Customer Success Consultant plays a vital part in guiding our customers throughout their Outreach journey, focusing on removing barriers to product adoption and health. This leads to mutual success, enabling our customers to realize value, and resulting in long-term customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-to-many workshops, webinars, or user groups to encourage customer adoption and usage of the Outreach platform.
- Develop and track the effectiveness of one-to-many engagements to inform future customer success strategies.
- Proactively monitor customer health to identify potential risks of churn or contraction.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Renewals desk, and Customer Development Strategists to mitigate risk and ensure customer success.
- Promote self-service options to drive customer autonomy.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer success role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer health, value, and retention metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills for one-to-many forums.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
