Customer Success Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Ambassador to join our Data Analytics Customer Success Team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the data analytics landscape and be able to collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders.
The Customer Success Ambassador will be responsible for supporting targeted and comprehensive customer accounts, becoming their advocate and trusted advisor, and providing support by sharing enablement and support resources available. They will also work with Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Support/Services to gather intelligence on our customers and assist with capturing client insights/use cases for deeper customer relationships.
This role reports to the US Manager, Customer Success but will directly support one of the 3 Major Departments. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support targeted and comprehensive customer accounts to ensure a successful customer journey experience.
- Become the customer's advocate and trusted advisor for all key stakeholders.
- Provide support to our customers by sharing various enablement and support resources available.
- Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Support/Services to gather intelligence on our customers.
- Assist with capturing client insights/use cases for deeper customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree — information technology, information systems, data science, computer science, mathematics, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Confident self-starter who can work well with minimum supervision and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results.
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; position works closely with multiple stakeholders.
- Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
