= **Customer service and showroom =**
The customer service and Showroom specialist is responsible for all aspects of maximizing customer experience in the showroom and guarantying the best service level for the sales force in the territory. The customer service and showroom specialist will be responsible of the Samples in the showroom as well as, providing the key data to support the team in the field as well as the customer daily post sales service.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**)**:
- Entry into the system of orders and restocking made by customers.
- Assistance for issues related to after-sales.
- Back Office activities for the reference market.
- Maintenance and updating of the order portfolio. Management of commercial and/or administrative blocks.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience.
- Support to Brand Ambassadors in the management of customer portfolio.
- Manage samples in the showroom from each brand to keep updated with the most recent releases removing face out on monthly basis.
- Build and maintain communication with customers, logistics and customer Service to provide day-to-day problem solving.
- Ensure quick and successful solution to direct accounts and Department stores.
- Support the plan & coordination of buying events and trunk shows for Key accounts customers.
- Agreed with customers on date and times for convention meetings.
- Keep track of the Showroom meeting agenda with customers and pcs orders for further analisys.
- Establish and develop strong relationships at all levels to guarantee a smooth process and activities execution.
- Support the local and international team with their needs while meeting with local customers.
- Use company supported reports and tools to create customized business analysis to support the sales process.
- Prepare and provide detail report by customer to the sales team.
- Work closely with planning departments to manage new samples for the country and back orders.
- Keep the office with the needed supplies.

Qualifications & Skills:
**REQUIRED**:
knowledge of SAP or other ERP
Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office, Excel advance.
Spanish and English written and spoken.
2 years in similar roles in Eyewear, Perfumes and Fragrances, Watches and Accessories, or Beauty and Cosmetics.
Highly motivated individual with strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results.
University careers related to Communication, Business or language.
Exceptional communication skills (presentation/verbal/written).
Must be proactive in approaching direct customers to confirm shipments.
Detail Oriented, quick learning, strategic planning and scheduling skills.
Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
Self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker.
Standing, walking, moving for min. of 4 to 6 hours daily.
Must have great time management skills to complete all necessary duties in a timely fashion.
**Offer**:
Salary per month: 28,000 - 35,000. pesos.
