**Main Goals**:

- Resolver problemas encontrados por clientes y técnicos de servicio e identificar soluciones;
- Programar varios módulos destinados para equipos de clients;
- Proporcionar explicaciones claras sobre cómo funcionan nuestros productos, para maximizar la utilización por parte del cliente;
- Realizar recomendaciones técnicas a los clientes para ayudar en el mantenimiento preventivo de sus equipos;
- Monitorear el estado de las solicitudes de los clientes y los técnicos de servicio;
- Mantener varios documentos y bases de datos, asegurando una gestión eficiente de la información técnica;
- Monitorear e interpretar varios indicadores de rendimiento para optimizar nuestros procesos y mejorar nuestro servicio;
- Conectar remotamente con clientes para resolver problemas relacionados con la programación industrial;
- Iniciar tickets de soporte y documentar cada paso en Salesforce;
- Colaborar y actuar como enlace entre clientes y diferentes equipos, como Partes y Ventas, para satisfacer mejor las necesidades del cliente;
- Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional.

**Required Skills**:

- Título en sistemas automatizados, mecatrónica, electromecánica, ingeniería eléctrica, automatización industrial, ingeniería de controles o ingeniería de instrumentación
- Fluidez en español (obligatorio)
- Experiência en resolución de problemas de PLC
- Capacidad para trabajar e interpretar componentes y esquemas eléctricos, mecánicos, hidráulicos y neumáticos
- Conocimiento de CRM o sistema de tickets, Salesforce, es una ventaja
- Capacidad para comunicar información técnica de manera accesible a los clientes
- Conocimiento de principios de seguridad industrial
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación: capacidad para descubrir las necesidades del cliente y satisfacerlas adecuadamente
- Experiência laboral probada como técnico de servicio de campo, técnico experimentado en puesta en marcha de equipos o similar
- Conocimiento de productos Allen Bradley y robots FANUC
- Deseo de oportunidades de crecimiento continuo
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month

- What level of knowledge do you have about Allen Bradley products and FANUC robots?
- Do you have experience working with packaging equipment, such as bagging machines, box packers, palletizers, and pallet wrappers?
