Job Title: Solutions Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Support Engineer to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our global technical operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues affecting our customers' businesses.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product solutions.
  3. Communicate product and solution expertise to internal and external customers.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest product solutions and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing software industry role, preferably in technical support or software development.
  • Experience working with Blue Yonder products, particularly transportation or warehouse management solutions, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide variety of internal personnel.
