**Sr. Claims Analyst (Daños / Auto)**
Administrar, gestionar y brindar seguimiento a las actividades relacionadas con la operación de reclamos de contratos de seguros.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Responsable de realizar el proceso de dictamen de punta a punta, acorde con los tiempos de respuesta, términos y condiciones
- Proponer proyectos de mejora mediante el análisis de las métricas de la operación
- Documentación, estandarización y mapeo de procesos para optimizar los tiempos de respuesta
- Automatización de procesos
- Nociones de la regulación aplicable por parte de la CNSF
- Familiarizado al manejo por KPI´S
**Requisitos**:
- 5 o más años de experiência en sinisestros / operaciones de compañía de seguros
- Experiência en el ramo de Autos o Daños (Deseable)
- Manejo de excel (Tablas Dinámicas, Vlookup, Fórmulas, Condicionales, etc.); Macros (Deseable)
- Power BI (Deseable)
- Inglés Intermedio
