Imagínate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores **y siendo responsable de**:
- Analizar y priorizar la oferta de categorías de servicios dentro de Mercado Pago en función de la relevancia para el usuario y el impacto en métricas clave de impacto y diseñar planes de optimización sobre la misma.
- Ejercer una alta capacidad de persuasión para comunicar el valor de iniciativas de mejora, convenciendo tanto a stakeholders internos como a externos de la importancia de adoptar nuevos enfoques operativos que favorezcan la experiência del usuario.
- Colaborar de manera efectiva con las áreas de Producto, Tecnología y comerciales para priorizar las iniciativas estratégicas y liderar el go to market para lograr un impacto significativo en los principales indicadores del negocio.Establecer y fortalecer relaciones con proveedores de servicios e intermediarios, identificando oportunidades conjuntas que mejoren la experiência de pagos recurrentes en Mercado Pago.
**Requisitos**:
- Ser profesional de las carreras de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería, Negocios o áreas afines.
- Contar con 4 años de experiência en roles de estrategia empresarial, desarrollo de negocios o en consultoría, preferentemente en tecnología financiera o servicios relacionados.Tener conocimientos y experiência en SQL y Tableau.
