**Position Summary**
Responsible for the administrative life cycle of collaborators, focusing on:
- Manage the information and payroll of employees and their changes using Human Resources systems (Payroll System & IDSE) adhering to legal obligations, according to Parker procedures and ethics, to contribute to the employee's well-being and achieve organizational goals. Critical function: Payroll Management

**Responsibilities**
- Payroll management (registration of movements in payroll system such as changes in salary, department, shift, supervisor, vacations, leave, etc.)
- Responsible for administration of Payroll Systems (payroll administration of operational, administrative, and interns)
- Responsible for the transmission of IMSS movements in IDSE (salary modifications)
- Administration of payroll cards (according to bank), generate report, send the report for card request, capture the accounts, and deliver to employees)
- Disability Management (capture, adjustments for untimely captures, notification to supervisor, follow-up with the employee, file, etc.)
- Administration of savings fund loans.
- Responsible for approving employee loans.
- Administration of salary benefits program. (Retirement plan)
- Administration of hourly benefits program. (Assistance, birth, marriage, and death of direct relatives’ bonus)
- Administration of movements of government institutions (INFONAVIT and FONACOT)
- General calculations and reports requested by Corporative México.
- Administration of payment orders for settlements.
- Daily attendance management in Payroll System with supervisors.
- Responsible for administration of Payroll System (payroll administration of operational, administrative, and interns)
- Responsible for attending SOX and payroll audits.
- Responsible for the movements in the portal for the Insurance of Major Medical Expenses.
- Responsible for the movements in the portal for the Car administration insurance.
- Responsible for the employee resignation process (attention, notification to supervisor, filling out the check list, deleting account, discounts, generation of termination, etc.)
- Support of volunteer and grant donation program
- Support the execution of motivational programs and events, social, cultural, recreational, sports activities (according to the annual calendar of events), employee retention programs.
- Labor relationship support
- Support in all HR areas as needed.
- Backup of HR representative.
**Qualifications**
**Education**:Professional academic studies, (related to Human Resources desirable)
**Experience**:
- 3 years of experience with pre-payroll or payroll processes,
- 1 year Experience in Human Resources area (desirable)
**Languages**: English intermediate level - advanced
**Qualifications and desired skills**:
- Employee life cycle management (on boarding, additions, terminations, and processes related to benefits administration)
- Administration of processes related to the union (tabulator of categories and certifications, update of collective contract benefits, etc.)
- Management of payroll systems
- IDSE system management
